Members of the public are invited to nominate outstanding Customer Service Professionals in the following areas:

6) Transport (Taxi)
7) Visitor Attraction
Nominations may be submitted online Nominate a customer service professional, and/or official nomination forms that are available at the Singapore Visitors Centres along Orchard Road or Changi Airport; and major hotels, attractions, retail and food & beverage outlets.
Hard copies of the nomination form can be returned via:
1) Distributing outlet where you received the form from.
2) Singapore Visitors Centre along Orchard Road or Changi Airport.
3) Mail this back to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB):
