Our service professionals play a significant role in enhancing customer experiences as tourism ambassadors of Singapore. To honour these dedicated professionals, we need your help.
Members of the public are invited to nominate outstanding Customer Service Professionals in the areas of Food & Beverage, Hotel, Nightspot, Retail, Tour Guiding, Transport (Taxi) and Visitor Attraction.
You may submit your nomination in the following ways :
1) Online at www.singaporeexperience.com/nominate
2) Submit a completed nomination form by:
> Returning it to the outlet where you received it
> Dropping it off at any Singapore Visitors Centre
> Mailing it back to Singapore Experience Awards 2010, Singapore Tourism Board, Tourism Court, 1 Orchard Spring Lane, S(247729)
Organisations are also invited to nominate outstanding employees for the relevant "Customer Service" award.

- Full Name of Employee
- Length of Service with Organisation
- List of Training Programmes the Employee has Undertaken over the last year, i.e. 2009
